Siding Installer (Crews)

Are you a siding contractor looking to build your career?

Martino Home Improvements is an established and rapidly growing local home improvement company looking for a professional siding contractor to support our client base. Interested parties should be experienced in working with general contractors, licensed and insured. In addition, a solid reputation in on-the-job safety, efficiency and quality.

Customer service and quality of workmanship are very important to our business and we are eager to connect with a siding contractor whose values align with ours. Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and applicable references of past work completed. An ideal candidate should be familiar with the following:

  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to manage job site directly, with flexibility to adjust to scheduling
  • Clear communication skills towards clients and internal company office teams
  • Abide by current jobsite codes and policies
  • Strong working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, siding types and roofing.
  • Ability to use various jobsite tools and technology
  • Print/diagram reading/ interpretation or interpretation of installation instructions
  • Basic jobsite arithmetic and measurement ability
  • (Preferred) Specific experience with James Hardie products

Sales Associate

Sales professionals ought to be teachable, passionate, and self-motivated, with excellent and clear communication skills. While we work as a team and grow together, a potential candidate must be a self-starter who flourishes independently in front of customers. Must be comfortable with various basic technologies, including navigating email, Google docs/drive, and will be trained on specific software that we employ for project updates, communication, and record keeping.

Measure Tech

As a Measure Tech, you must have a construction background, be detail-oriented, able to take accurate measurements, have a valid license and transportation. Responsibilities would include verifying measurements on recently sold jobs for material orders and performing small repairs if needed. Math skills, attention to details and being great with customers are requirements.

Quality Control

Our Quality Control career positions are responsible for making sure the jobs are running smooth, being installed correctly and for performing a post inspection after the job has been complete. You must have a construction background and be great with customers, completing tasks and technology.

Production Manager

The Production Manager would be in charge of the daily operations of our job installations. Responsibilities would include managing our in house and contracted crews, hiring, managing installations and issues and keeping the statuses of our projects organized and on time. You must have a construction or related background and have managed employees in the past.

Scheduler / Coordinator

You would be in charge of scheduling the installations and providing the crews with the required information and materials. Must be able to work in a task based workflow, be organized, great with customers and good with technology.

Concrete Laborers *

The ideal candidates should be familiar with and fully competent in finishing wet surfaces to grade, aligning and bracing, filling forms or panels with wet concrete and preparation of proper settling. You must also have a thorough understanding of all of the requirements you are paving – edge slump, vertical face, pavement thickness, offset, consolidation and surface appearance.
